Closet Cache-Returns & Refund Policy

Closet Cache is a community-based marketplace for pre-owned clothing and electronics. Because of the nature of secondhand goods, we operate under a final sale policy with limited exceptions.

Return Eligibility

Returns may be accepted only if:

  • The item received is materially different from the description or photos in the listing;

  • The item is non-functional and this was not disclosed;

  • The item is not delivered or lost in transit due to seller or delivery error.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Buyer’s remorse (e.g., wrong size, change of mind);

  • Minor wear typical of secondhand goods;

  • Items accurately described in the listing.

Return Window

Eligible return requests must be submitted within 3 calendar days of delivery confirmation.

How to Request a Return

  1. Contact us at support@closetcache.shop with your order number and photos of the issue.

  2. We will review the claim within 3 business days.

  3. If approved, we will provide instructions for return or issue a refund.

Refunds

If approved:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method;

  • Processing time is 5–10 business days;

  • Original delivery fees are non-refundable, except where delivery failed.

Closet Cache reserves the right to reject any return claim that appears fraudulent, abusive, or outside policy guidelines.
