Closet Cache-Community Guidelines

Closet Cache is built for the Bloomington-Normal community. Our mission is to create a trusted platform where neighbors can buy and sell responsibly. By using our platform, you agree to follow these guidelines.

1. Respect Others

• Use courteous language in messages and listings.

• No harassment, discrimination, or abuse will be tolerated.

• Report any misconduct to support@closetcache.shop.

2. Honest Listings Only

• Only list items that you personally own and are legally allowed to sell.

• Be honest about item condition, brand, and defects.

• Do not use misleading photos or copy other users' listings.

3. No Outside Resellers

Closet Cache is community-only. You may not list bulk items, drop-ship, or use the platform for commercial resale.

4. Safety First

• Avoid meeting in person unless arranged safely and mutually.

• Use delivery services whenever possible.

• Keep communications on-platform for documentation.

5. Zero Tolerance for Fraud

Any attempt to:

• Sell counterfeit goods;

• Scam or mislead buyers/sellers;

• Circumvent payment systems,
  ...will result in immediate account suspension and potential legal action.

🚫 Violations

Closet Cache reserves the right to remove listings, suspend accounts, and withhold payouts if these guidelines or our Terms of Service are violated.
